Keep the comparison like for like

Use your own recent petrol spending and the energy charges quoted for the EV arrangement. Include the cost of renting or financing each vehicle and any maintenance you pay for. A lower energy cost does not by itself describe the full monthly difference.

Ask what the quoted plan includes

Some plans separate vehicle rent, energy access and repairs. Others may bundle certain items. Check each line so the comparison neither leaves out a charge nor counts it twice.

Treat your result as a planning estimate
